Introduction:

With the updates being done to the G/PO RP, a new page has been added about the RP Profiles and how to make them. We have a strict new rule in the Rules, Regluations and FAQ that Profiles must be according to template and not changed whatsoever, so this piece adresses how to go about making a profile and why we want you to follow certain rules when it comes to it.

Formating:

When it comes to to the format that we have to used, it is now manditory that you have to follow the format, no exceptions whatsoever and no combining catagories whatsoever. Why we simply urge this is that in the past, we have seen profiles which have been filled out incorrectly (e.g. combining two or more catagories into one, not filling out the profile in general etc.) and really, when we give you a format for submissions, it has to be followed, irreguardless as it has to be clear to know what is being talked about as it describes your character.

NOTE: When it comes to aging your character, the ages are expressed in Human Ages so we can tell easily wheather they are a child character or an adult character. However, if your character, say, is a Child Character (being between the human age of Infancy to age 13), and their personality and otherwise description is not sutible for the character (like said child being able to fly/fight/partisipate in chaw pratices, whathaveyou), it will not be accepted and will be asked to change it.

Submission Format:

The submissions requirements have now been changed as the changes are being enacted to the G/PO RP, and not the format for submission is a Sta.sh writer document. Due to come diffculties and the trialing of sta.sh writer for RP profile submissions, we have decided to give it a go and see what happens. So, this means that the previous PDF and image/description formats are now not allowed. Submissions will be decided on by the admin when it comes to submitting it to the folder and if it is not up to code, it will not be accepted until it is (and this includes misuse of format, techinal isues with character on basis of aging etc. and down to the common spelling and gammar errors).

Headings and Subheadings:

It is asked of you to correctly format the RP Profile in a way which depicts which is the main section heading from the minor subheading. It is suggested that you use bold and underline on the Section headings and that you use only underline on the subheading that tells you about something to do with a character.

Pictures:

A picture on a profile is a must as it depicts what your character looks like. Weather they are a simple drawing, a close up or just something made on an owl creator of some sort, it is manditory to have a picture with your profile. It is prefered that you at least try and have a drawing rather than something made in an owl creator, as it expresses indivicuality of the character and whatnot, but this is not saying that they are not accepted, this is just saying that it is prefered that an owl drawing be supplied.

Cannon Characters and Relationships:

As this is Post Movie AU, there are some guidelines toward both being related to Cannon Characters and being in a relationship with them. Something that cannot happen are as if you are like a long-lost sibling of like for example Soren, Kludd and Eglantine, as that just won't happen, nor will we have some very confusing and unnessisary Cannon/OC couples running around the RP. Unless you have a legitimate reason as to why your character is related to in a relationship with a cannon character in some way, they will not be permitted into RP.

Child Characters:

The Child Characters is a set of characters which would have a minor role in the events of RP, they are mostly the children of either characters or just randomised owlet characters people make because they can. However, there are some restrictions when it comes to child characters aged between the human age of Infancy to the human age of 13 years old, such as they are not able to fly (like if they're like under the age of say 10), are not allowed to be involved with battle and with fighting in general, are not allowed to be a part of chaw practices (as a Guardian-sided child character) or in any sort of Pure One acticity (as a Pure One-sided child character) and nothing really bad should happen to them.

Submitting and Joining RP:

In the line of profile submissions, the profiles must be submitted to the "RP Profiles" folder, however the folder does have both a limit and a lock on it as we will have to approve all submissions before they are allowed to become a part of RP. In some cases of submission, you will be asked to fix your submission for anything we see wrong with it (again, Incorrect use of format, character problems etc.) before it could be submitted. TO Join RP, you just have to come along to the RP and join in anyway you can by leaving a short info about who you are and then you can start from there.
